Your challenges :
Reporting directly to the General Counsel and under the supervision of our General Counsel, you will join our team of 8 lawyers.
You will be responsible for advising on and drafting corporate deeds such as restructuring, group agreements, capital transactions, incorporations, approval of accounts, commercial leases, share transfers, etc., for a varied customer portfolio.

Profile required:
You ideally have a Master 2 in business law and at least five years' experience, ideally in an accountancy firm, with some autonomy in consulting.
You are rigorous, have a good ability to summarize and analyze, and are able to adapt to all types of contacts.
You are a team player with an eye for detail and quality.
