A public subsidy up to 20,500 euros is open to certain establishments open to the public to help them make their premises accessible to people with reduced mobility.
This is a welcome boost to our efforts to help the disabled in these difficult economic times.
The Eligible expenses are as follows:
- Accessibility equipment
- Accessibility work
- Engineering and project management expenses incurred to make a facility accessible.
The grant amounts to 50% of eligible expenses, excluding VAT, up to a maximum of 20,500 euros. per plant.
It is valid for the period from November 2, 2023 to December 31, 2028.
To be eligible, the company must be a VSE/SME and meet the following conditions:
- Employ fewer than 250 employees.
- Have a annual sales not exceeding 50 M€ EXCL. TAX or a balance sheet total not exceeding 43 M€
- Belonging to the 5th category establishments open to the public, and be classified in the type M (retail outlets, shopping centers), the type N (restaurants and pubs), the type O (hotels and guesthouses) or the type W (administration, banks, offices). Other types may also be concerned, by decision of the Prefect.
- Avoir été created before the 20/09/2023
- Be registered with RNE
- Be up to date with its obligations tax and social security
- Not be in receivership
