{"id":4642,"date":"2023-12-11T15:36:12","date_gmt":"2023-12-11T14:36:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fidexia.fr\/?p=4642"},"modified":"2023-12-11T15:41:12","modified_gmt":"2023-12-11T14:41:12","slug":"nouvelle-aide","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.fidexia.fr\/en\/nouvelle-aide\/","title":{"rendered":"A HELPING HAND TO BRING YOUR BUSINESS INTO LINE WITH ACCESSIBILITY STANDARDS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A <strong>public subsidy<\/strong> up to <strong>20,500 euros<\/strong> is open to certain establishments open to the public to help them make their premises accessible to people with reduced mobility.<\/p>\n<p>This is a welcome boost to our efforts to help the disabled in these difficult economic times.<\/p>\n<h6><\/h6>\n<p>The <strong>Eligible expenses<\/strong> are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accessibility equipment<\/li>\n<li>Accessibility work<\/li>\n<li>Engineering and project management expenses incurred to make a facility accessible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The grant amounts to 50% of eligible expenses, excluding VAT, up to a maximum of 20,500 euros. <strong>per plant.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It is valid for the period <strong>from November 2, 2023 to December 31, 2028.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h6><\/h6>\n<p>To be eligible, the company must be a <strong>VSE\/SME<\/strong> and meet the following conditions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Employ <strong>fewer than 250 employees<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Have a <strong>annual sales<\/strong> not exceeding <strong>50 M\u20ac EXCL. TAX<\/strong> or a <strong>balance sheet total<\/strong> not exceeding <strong>43 M\u20ac<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Belonging to the <strong>5<sup>th<\/sup> category<\/strong> establishments open to the public, and be classified in the <strong>type M<\/strong> (retail outlets, shopping centers), the<strong> type N (<\/strong>restaurants and pubs), the <strong>type O<\/strong> (hotels and guesthouses) or the <strong>type W<\/strong> (administration, banks, offices).
